Description of the Product

The range is composed by two typical recipe of the Ligurian Tradition (artichoke pâté and dried tomatoes pâté) and a third new proposal (the Salsa Corsara) that, beginning from the dried tomatoes pâté, enrich the recipe with olives, capers and chilli pepper.

The common element in these products is the strong presence of the main ingredient (artichokes in the artichoke pâté, dried tomatoes in the dried tomatoes pâté and in the salsa Corsara) and also the use of the Extra Virgin olive oil in important quantity.

 

 

 

Artichoke's pâté  in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The recipe is based just on two ingredients : artichokes under oil and extra virgin olive oil, that together represent the 95% of the total and is completed with wine vinegar and salt.

Ideal as appetizer and as a spread on croutons and bruschettas

 

 

Corsara Sauce

The base is the same of the dried tomatoes pâté and is enriched with olives, capers and chilli pepper. Dried tomatoes, tomatoes pulp and Extra Virgin olive oil represent the 75% of the recipe.

Dried tomatoes pâté

Dried tomatoes, tomatoes pulp and Extra Virgin olive oil represent the 98% of the recipe and is completed with salt and wine vinegar.
